Garden State Retractables, owned and operated by Timco of Ocean County LLC, is proud to serve all corners of New Jersey—from the mountains to the shore and everywhere in between. About the Owner: Timothy P. Varricchio
Timothy P. Varricchio, founder and president of Timco of Ocean County LLC, discovered Phantom Screens soon after graduating from Rutgers University. While visiting his grandmother in Florida, he encountered Phantom Screens for the first time—and was instantly drawn to both the product and the company’s philosophy.
By 2006, Tim became an official distributor, beginning a journey that continues to this day. His passion for delivering exceptional screen and shade solutions led to the launch of Garden State Retractables and, more recently, Pocono Mountain Screens in 2025, which serves customers in the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania.
Tim wears many hats—he leads sales, manages builder services, and oversees day-to-day business operations. But what truly sets him apart is his commitment to building a company where people feel at home. Many of his staff started looking for just a job but found a long-term career and supportive workplace instead.
Under Tim’s leadership, the business has continued to grow, expand into new territories, and offer even more high-quality brands that complement the Phantom Screens lineup. His dedication to excellence, team building, and customer satisfaction has made Garden State Retractables a trusted name across the region.
