Can I install the doors myself?
Phantom Screens products are not available for DIY installation. Phantom’s Limited Lifetime Warranty can only be protected by following the rigid specifications and manufacturers standards. A factory trained Phantom Screens installer will take care of the installation for you to ensure proper operation.
How long will the installation take for my Phantom Screen?
Depending on the style door, location of the door and installation of the door that we are installing on; it takes roughly 60-120 minutes.
Will I need to be home for the installation?
It is preferrred someone is home for the installation of the products. With someone home, we’re able to review the warranty, proper usages, and service once installation is complete.
If you absolutely cannot be home, we can install on inswing and sliding doors only, and there are some exceptions where we will need the door open. The best bet is to reschedule to a time when you can meet with our factory trained installers to review the product at the time of installation.
